Notice – Std. 5 Admission Process
Dear Parents,
Kindly note the following details regarding admission to Std. 5:
1. Online admission forms will be available on 10th, 11th and 12th April 2026 on our School Website.
2. Kindly log in with your registered mobile number and child's full name between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
3. The online form will be available only for those who have cleared the fee dues
(Std 1st to 4th).
4. First installment for STD 5th is to be paid online between 13th April 2026 to 23rd April 2026.
5. Leaving Certificate will be issued only after the pending fees and Retest exams are cleared.
6. Collection of forms:
Saturday, 25th April
2026 by the Admin.
Time: 9:00 a.m. to
11.00 a.m.
7. Submit the caste
certificate if applicable.
8. Kindly follow the
schedule and complete
the admission process
on time.

Filled Admission Form
Xerox of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Xerox of Aadhaar Card
Paid Fee Challan
Important Instructions:
1. Applicants are requested to open the form using the Google Chrome browser for optimal performance.
2. To prevent loss of data due to connectivity issues, applicants are advised to save the form after entering every three to four fields. The Save option is available at the bottom of the form.
3. In case of any difficulty related to the admission form or payment of fees, applicants may submit their grievance through the Grievance Redressal Form
